During our discussion, Dr. Sherwood explained a list of things to us:

Next, Dr. Sherwood explained that the government subsidizes five foods.

Dairy
Sugar

He said, "I was joking around how the government's trying to kill us with the food. But this is literally true." He goes deeper into how he sees this, what it means and what we can do. He says, "we need to understand it as it is and get away from it." Dr. Sherwood encouraged everybody,

...make the decisions to benefit yourself and your families. Take care of this temple and begin to live life in an optimal way.

We also discussed FEAR and how it plays an important role in all of this. Dr. Sherwood said, "when there's fear, there's no faith. And when there's fear, there's no health."
